Overview

Automated scanning fits batch inspection and repeat programs where manual scanning takes too much time. A cell repeats the same routine and gives consistent results across shifts.

Qubotix engineers design the robot path, write the inspection template, and hand over a fully running cell. The cobot or industrial robot arm moves the scanner through the same path on every cycle. The inspection software checks geometry against CAD, flags deviations, and logs results automatically. Teams reduce operator load on high-volume lines and receive consistent measurement data every shift — without setup variation or operator influence.
